Gas Diffusion Layer

Gas diffusion layer is used for making gas diffusion electrode as well as for making MFC anode and cathode. We have wide range of gas diffusion layer with MPL coated. The maximum dimension can offer you are about 50x50cm.  We supply both MPL coated carbon cloth and carbon paper. We can also provide GDL according to the customer needs.

  • Carbon cloth
  • Thickness: 0.4mm
  • Carbon loading: 2.5mg/cm2  ( Single side & double side available )
  • PTFE loading: 20 to 30%
  • Carbon paper
Thickness :
  • Carbon loading : 0.5 to 1.0mg/cm2 ( single side)
  • PTFE loading : 10 to 20%
  • Thickness: various from 0.15 to 0.4mm
